IAPMO PS 104 – Pressure Relief Connection for Dispensing Equipment IAPMO PS 104-2019 covers a special connection for a dispensing equipment and specifies requirements for materials, physical characteristics, performance testing, and markings.

This dispensing equipment has a shut off valve and is intended for connection to faucets, janitor?s hose bibs, or similar type connections. The special connection should have a constant bleed so that any upstream backflow protection device, not rated for continuous supply pressure, will not be damaged.
