ICC NY-PM – Property Maintenance Code of New York State, 2020

This is a fully integrated custom code based on the 2018 International Property Maintenance Code. Provides requirements for continued use and maintenance of the property and structure, as well as plumbing, mechanical, electrical and fire protection systems in existing residential and nonresidential structures.
